The current academic cycle traditionally measures change in years, but the fast-paced world of AI requires a much quicker response. We’re already iterating our curriculum to refine its relevance and efficacy.
This fall, we’ll introduce AI-powered avatars to deliver foundational lectures and 24/7 AI tutoring to support student learning outside of classroom hours. Importantly, we maintain that technology should complement, not replace, the role of dedicated educators who are critical for mentorship and creativity.

The impetus for these changes comes not from external consultants but from a commitment to AI proficiency at the leadership level. As a leader, one cannot expect an institution to adopt new technologies if they themselves are hesitant. It is crucial for leaders to embrace innovation, lest they find themselves outpaced by those who do.
With AI fostering new avenues for entrepreneurship, the barriers to starting a business have diminished significantly. Today, aspiring entrepreneurs can rapidly research, build, and engage customers with only a laptop and creativity.
