To create a document using the Office apps with Copilot, users have two options: starting from scratch or inputting existing data. For instance, you could input a chart or specific numbers into the Copilot dialog and request it to generate an Excel sheet.

Here’s a concise overview of how it functions:

• Document Creation: Simply input your data or start fresh, and ask Copilot to generate your desired document type.
• Exporting Options: You can quickly export content with prompts such as “Export this text to a Word document.” This feature streamlines the process of turning personal notes or work data into structured documents.

If Copilot’s response exceeds 600 characters, it conveniently provides an “export button,” allowing users to save that information in formats like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, or PDF.
